History of Nilper Company   

Nilper's activities began in 1992 with the widespread introduction of computers and, consequently, their accessories, including specialized computer chairs. The expanding computer market, along with technical capabilities such as mold-making and economic insight, led the founder of Nilper to focus on the production of these types of chairs. Nilper's production activities started with the construction and assembly of chair parts in the basement of a showroom with an area of approximately 120 square meters on Palestine Street. This process, from the time the sample chair was purchased until production began, took two years (1992-1994). In 1994, Nilper Company was officially registered.
After some time, due to the growth of activities and limited space, the workshop was relocated to a 250-square-meter area in the Azari Crossroads. After about a year of production in the Azari workshop, a 1200-square-meter plot of land was purchased in Chahardangeh, and production continued there. The strong market demand for Nilper products and the need to increase production capacity demonstrated the management's accurate understanding and foresight regarding future market needs in 1992. Until 2001, Nilper's operations were largely traditional, and the management of the company was primarily in the hands of Nilper's shareholders. The high production capacity and the challenges faced at that time made it clear that, in order to maintain and enhance Nilper’s position, scientific and modern management was essential. With Nilper's consistent approach to improving the quality and quantity of its products and activities, extensive efforts were made to find an effective consultant. Finally, the company "Modiran 21," which had a distinguished history in scientific management, was chosen and joined the company's management team.
In order to expand its activities and move towards industrial production, Nilper underwent a new organizational structure. This restructuring made it possible to achieve the developmental vision the company had in mind. For this purpose, new units, including the design and industrial engineering department, were established. In 2002, Nilper's main focus was on improving and developing its systems. From 2002 onward, the company gradually began extensive training in various subjects. After completing these trainings, starting in 2003, Nilper gained expertise in strategic management, and the company's departments implemented clear and structured strategies. Gradually that year, with the help and collaboration of consultants, the production facility was relocated, and a large and well-equipped factory was established in the Baharestan industrial park. As a result, the company moved from a location of approximately 2000 square meters to a factory of 36,000 square meters with about 5000 square meters of warehouse space. In all matters related to this relocation, including site selection and factory establishment, the scientific principles emphasized by the consultants were carefully considered.

Despite these advancements and increases in production and sales, the company faced a serious issue. Despite numerous follow-ups, training, and offering various facilities, the suppliers failed to deliver the parts expected by Nilper on time and with the desired quality. In light of the repeated advice from consultants to the company regarding mastering the supply chain, Nilper worked hard to design and build a large, equipped, and modern factory covering 40,000 square meters in the Parand Industrial Park. All the necessary facilities were included in the new factory's design. In 2008, Nilper's factory was relocated from the Baharestan Industrial Park in Karaj to the Parand Industrial Park.
Currently, Nilper is the only chair manufacturer in Iran that produces a very high percentage of its raw materials in-house. The main goal of this extensive investment is to increase product quality, enhance design capabilities, and reduce overall costs with the approach of gaining greater customer satisfaction. The key differences between Nilper and its competitors can be summarized as follows:
Nilper's approach to meeting market needs has been the utilization of modern equipment, and an industrial production mindset has been adopted across all levels of the organization. Customer satisfaction, increasing their contentment through improved product quality, and offering excellent after-sales services to all consumers has always been one of Nilper's core goals. Enhancing the quality and comfort of existing products by incorporating valuable feedback from customers and expert consultants is considered one of the main activities of Nilper's design department. The establishment of a comprehensive product design system with a knowledge-based approach, taking all user requirements into account, has significantly improved the usability and quality of Nilper’s products. Expanding the product market from office chairs to educational, home, and restaurant markets, as well as offering products in the home furniture market, are other advantages of the company. Ultimately, the establishment of a comprehensive strategic management system and its full implementation to sustain a unified management system throughout the entire organization distinguishes the company.

Mission

Nilper Company, with nearly two decades of activity, started its business by manufacturing "office chairs." The company is growing in four key areas: 1) Expanding the business to "office and home chairs and sofas" to better utilize production and sales capacity 2) Expanding towards suppliers, through partnerships with specialists in each field to improve quality, reduce costs, solve production and design issues, and optimize Nilper's software system 3) Expanding the market both professionally and geographically to fill the gap in the presence of the company's products in both width and depth of the market 4) Expanding the business from production to service sales, stemming from the maturity of some products for independent market offering

Nilper believes that respecting the customer means deeply understanding both their explicit and implicit needs when offering products and services. This must be done with agility, following a comprehensive design process, and entering the market with superior quality.
The result of our years of effort in applying scientific management and a unified, comprehensive system ensures our achievement of the goals and strategies set in our strategic management system. We believe that this can be achieved with a large, collaborative team, including contractors, organizational staff, suppliers, and customers. However, we still consider the greatest priority to be the growth and dynamism of the large Nilper family.
