• Nilper guarantees your product under the following conditions if used correctly:
• 36 months warranty for the internal frame (skeleton) of the sofa
• 24 months warranty for elastic straps, zigzag springs, foam and padding used in the body and seating, hardware, mechanisms, and connections
• 18 months warranty for visible wooden parts
• The warranty will begin from the date of invoice issuance. In the absence of purchase documents, the manufacturing date of the sofa will be used as the reference.
• For more information on warranty conditions, please refer to the sofa's user manual.
• Leather/fabric upholstery is not covered by the warranty.
