The following are not covered under warranty:
  • Fabric / leather upholstery of the product
  • Any damage caused by improper use, severe impact, or damage during transportation
  • Damage caused by contact or exposure of the product to hot objects, fire, direct sunlight, or excessive moisture
  • Scratches on all parts of the product (upholstery, wood, metal, plastic, and integral foam) during use
  • Slight color differences in upholstery, plastics, and woods of the same color if purchased at different times. Also, the removal or change of colors of product parts that can no longer be ordered according to previous purchases. Product components and upholstery color swatches are regularly updated.
  • Use of steam cleaners, unauthorized cleaning agents, or non-standard washing devices available in the market that cause deformation or damage to the foam and upholstery.
  • Static electricity on fabrics made of synthetic fibers.
  • Repairs or tampering with the product by unauthorized individuals outside the supervision of Nilper's after-sales service and authorized service representatives.
  • Continuous use of the product on uneven surfaces
  • Force majeure events such as floods, earthquakes, etc.
  • Damaged serial number of the product
  • Mismatch between the serial number on the warranty card and the serial number on the product
  • Color, pattern, and texture discrepancies in wooden components of a product or a set with the same color, due to the use of natural wood in products (especially in light colors)
Proper Upholstery Care Instructions:

If liquids are spilled on the sofa, wipe the spilled liquid with a dry cloth and remove the remaining stain using a cotton cloth dampened with soap or suitable cleaners, making sure not to spread the stain to the surrounding area.

To clean solid stains such as mud, ash, cosmetics, etc. (adding cleaning materials or liquids to dry stains may cause them to spread further), first remove the debris with a suitable tool such as a plastic ruler or any similar tool without damaging the surface of the upholstery. Then, clean the remaining stain with appropriate cleaning products. Use a hairdryer on a low setting and at a distance to dry and realign the fabric nap.

Note:
  • If you need to use solvents to remove stains from the fabric, before applying any solvent directly, pour a small amount onto a clean cloth and test it on a part of the fabric that is not visible.
  • None of the upholstery materials recommended in the Neelper catalog are stain-resistant or "nano" as the market refers to them. Only some are more resistant to staining than others.
  • To remove dust and extend the lifespan of the upholstery, use a vacuum cleaner with low suction and its accessories. Direct contact between the vacuum nozzle and the upholstery will damage it.
Warranty Conditions: Neelper Company, with confidence in the quality of its products and to ensure the satisfaction and peace of mind of its valued customers, guarantees its products under the following conditions:
  • Any issues that arise in a product – when used correctly – are guaranteed for three years from the date of purchase.
  • The warranty begins from the date the invoice is issued, and in the absence of purchase documents, the production date of the product will be used as the reference.
  • The warranty for upholstery is only applicable to factory-related issues (sewing, upholstering).
